Who We Are
Olgoonik Foundation is Olgoonik Corporation’s first nonprofit entity. The Foundation was created in 2014 to generate supplemental funds for Olgoonik’s shareholder programs to promote the education, social welfare, culture, and traditional values of our shareholders and the Iñupiat people of Wainwright, Alaska.
Board of Directors
Our Foundation Board is composed of non-shareholder Olgoonik leadership team members, appointed by the OC Board of Directors, so all shareholder candidates can be fairly considered for awards.
The Foundation Board of Directors reviews and approves completed scholarship and training award applications and oversees fiscal management of our funds.
